I have never once been called to be reminded to pay the rent, not that I would expect that. Not sure if you are living in the same place I did. Forgot if I mentioned, there were several murders in the neighborhood in the past year, along with many apartment and car break-ins in Preston Hollow, and nothing is done in the way of security at all.
