We have lived here for 9 months and just resigned our lease. I think that it might be a little high for rent but it is worth it when you have a nice staff and they do seem to do something nice for the residents once a month or so. I have always been treated nicely and havent really had any problems with the apartment itself. You can hear the neighbors sometimes... but come on... it's an apartment. We live in the smallest apartment, nothing fancy... but it works. I have to agree with one of the other reviews... the neighbors are the most unfriendly that I have ever had. I usually love seeing my neighbors, but these neighors make it a weird situation. I hope that the moving out turns out to be a good experience also.
