seriously. do not move here. rent is WAY over-priced, the apartments are nothing like their model unit. Infested with roaches, bedbugs, and drug dealers, who deal all day long, blare music out their doors, while 'posting' on their porch. its disgusting,i had one dealer tackled by police right outside my window. it is not safe the management will sweet talk and lie, right to your face. and once you sign the lease,they will claim you are a liar. I was given wrong information by staff, then told it was my fault, because they (the staff member i spoke to) weren't authorized to give me information on subject that did not pertain to their position. WTF! they expect me to be responsible for their employees as well' maintenance is scarce, and incompetent. The apartments, are cold, with cracked ceilings, no working heat or A/C no hot water and rickety stairs. Stairwells are replaced without informing tenants, and trapping them in them second story apartment. (what if there was a fire...'). The best thing about this place is that i no longer live there. HORRIBLE staff HORRIBLE neighbors. SLUM SLUM SLUM. and over priced, way over priced look elsewhere. Noisy, unsafe, and least of all parking sucks. BTW they charge you $35/m for a washer/dryer, and it takes up your whole 'walk in' closet.
