I lived in a bottom lvl apt. During my stay here, there was alot of criminal activity. first week i moved in, there was a search warrant carried out on an apt acrossed from me. The neighbor behind me got burglarized while he was at work. My apt got burglarized twice during daylight hrs while i was at work. 2nd time they made off with at least $1500 worth of my stuff and both times they gained access through the locked sliding window. My clothes got stolen from thier laundry facility. One night I saw someone steal money out of the outside pop machine. A police officer patroled the parking lot a for a couple of hrs every few nights and that wasnt enough.

Drug activity is rampant, hence why some many burglaries take place. Neighbors came to my door askin if i had a torch so they could smoke thier crack!

The indoor hot tub was hardly ever cleaned with lots of nasty dirt and grime around it. They have since taken the indoor hot tub out.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear and understand the conversations your neighbors are having.

You can smell what your nieghbors upstairs are cooking for dinner.

If you plan to move here i would suggest getting renters insurance, a top floor, install your own dual cylinder dead bolt that can be locked with a key from inside of the unit, brace the windows with sticks, ingrave all your valuables, and write down serial numbers.
