I am from out of state and rented here during the winter when residents were in doors and the grounds were clean and soon covered by beautifying snow. Spring is here and if you ever wanted to know where all the gangbangers, illegal immigrants, single mothers who have no interest in teaching their children to be civilized along with probably the most obese residents in Utah who stomp up the stairs and walk around their apartments like the Jolly Green Giant then welcome to this S@#thole of an apartment complex. I filled out the move-in condition report in November citing that my heaters, dishwasher don't work, when the showers on the tub faucet runs and I've had a leak that ran underneath the wallpaper that they painted over and NOTHING has been fixed. I bought space heaters and wash the dishes by hand. I'm counting the days until my lease is up just 3 more months to go. If you want cheap and don't mind getting what you pay for then this the place for you. If you have manners and civility and respect other people and yourself then STAY AWAY!!!!!

This seems pretty harsh. Sounds like you have a problem with discrimination. There is no way to filter race or body types legally. The stick up your @#$ needs to buy a house
