If you're looking for a sub-par apartment at a premium price, rent at this complex. The company will charge you for anything they can think of. Because of proximity to Salt Lake, they charge tall rent prices and the apartments themselves, despite being almost new, are only so-so. Appliances are terrible. They used the cheapest stuff they could when they built it. Office staff is nice and try to help, but obviously the problem stems from corporate.

I would not recommend these apartments.

I agree. It is a corporate issue. I have always experienced help from office staff.
