We moved into these apartments because they were supposedly new and safe with luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately, the gym has one treadmill, one eliptical trainer, and weight lifter. The swimming pool fits my family of 6, and the hot tub is for babies, so don't let the amenities fool you. Office staff are insensitive, cold and uncaring so no matter what the request, concern, or situation, their answer is always no! There will be nights where you come home to complete darkness because the entrance lights within the little hallways are not working, when you get to your door there are memo's from the office staff informing you of your fee's to pay (cleaning, balcony, late fee because they don't check the rent box on time) and neverending maintenance issues in the apartment that were supposedly fixed by them already. We had a maintenance person fix our garbage disposal 3 times because for some reason he wasn't fixing it right. On the 4th request we were told we would be charged for it. Soon after that our dryer wasn't heating up enough to dry the clothes, the oven had parts falling off of it, the fridge doors wouldn't close properly, and the alarms were going off every time we cooked on the stove. We requested maintenance help, they came and left, the issues were still there. Some of the neighbors disregard community rules such as partying late at night with alot of noise, smoking off of the balconies, parking in other peoples parking spots etc. All of which were reported to the office staff and up till the night we left, nothing was done about it. Sad to say we would have stayed longer had things been better, but after a few months it was difficult to reside in a place where you get little for your money, and tenants were obviously not a priority. We have been leaning towards contacting the Better Business Bureau as well to report our dissatisfaction.

The pool constantly has more than six people in it and the hot tub is more than sufficient for several adults. I often see many adults in the hot tub at one time. With six people living in your apartment are you sure much of the damage didn't come from your own children being unsupervised?

The entire time I lived there the pool was closed and the hot tube constantly under repair. And it is obvious from your review Smart143 that you don't have children, but this person never said how many of those six were children. The home I live in has several people but only 1 is a child.
