Don't count on any of the office staff to lift a finger to help with any concerns. The last time my husband called for assistance, they were rude, uncaring, and abrupt. This is not the first time either.

I don't think it's the office staff, it's the maintenance crew. They don't have enough maintenance staff to take care of the non emergency problems quickly.
