We keep getting notes from the managers telling us they will pay (up to $300.00 now to refer people here. Change your polices to what apartments should be and you might keep and get more renters. Loose the management company and get a new one.

This is ridiculous. In today's economy many complexes are offering incentives for referrals. This particular area of Davis County is a good place to live and the price of housing reflects it's closeness to Salt Lake City. I have lived here two years and love it here.
