Grow up

I have lived at this Apartment complex for two years now. I really like it here. I do not qualify for income restriction housing, so my rent is higher than others here. However, if I can continue to afford living this close to Salt Lake, I wouldn't choose any other complex to live in. They are starting a community watch program which is quite a feat in an apartment community.

Yes, people move in and out as they do in any large complex. Yes, there are some restrictions that people don't like--grow up and deal with it. Those who can't live by the community rules are not forced to move in. If you sign a lease you are signing that you can follow them.

Two out of three of the management staff are friendly and willing to work with people. The third is rarely at this property. Having lived here this long I am impressed with the amount of work the managers put in. If residents would follow the rules, keep track of their children, the management's job would be much easier. I don't always agree with what residents are expected to do or not do, but I choose to live here and am grown up enough to live within the guidelines whether I agree or not.

Its extremely obvious that you are in management for this place or you work for them, you have to be completely blind or dumb to not notice how they treat the tenants. It sounds more of you defending them instead of convincing us with the positive aspects of the community. Besides, you've already given out too much info about management, and what else.....are you trying to hint that residents are irresponsible with their children?? Seriously, its not that people can't follow rules, its when they are NOT BEING CARED ABOUT, which is obvious in the previous reviews. Its called "hospitality" if you still don't get it. If your a loyal tenant...BRAVO! If you follow rules, and like management, GOOD FOR YOU, but don't tell people to grow up...when you yourself needs to as well if you can't empathize with their experiences with Foxboro, or at least acknowledge that people have feelings and aren't as strong as you.

Hello I am at this point convinced this was the same person that took the time to respond to all the other reviews. You got to have a personal stake in the complex. But even so you admitted in some of your responses that you have experienced issues yourself. The point is for the price that they ask for these apartments should be good. They aren't. You throw out insults while most of the other reviews give actual issues they experienced. You tried really hard to make all these people sound like they are whining but come off antagonistic. Well I decided to bite. You want some one to argue with, I took the time to read the responses on the rest of the reviews and give my opion back. Have a good read and get over yourself.
