We currently live in this complex. At this point, we are simply waiting for our lease to expire. It has been a nightmare since day 1. The management doesn't keep track of what is going-on within the complex, doesn't return phone calls and has a high maintenance personnel turnover rate. The first apartment we were given they had 'accidently' rented to another party. We had to stay in hotels while we waited for a month before moving into another unit. Then, when we showed up to get the keys, the apartment they had given us was in complete disarray. The bathroom lights were hanging by a wire, the faucet looked as if it had been ripped right out of the wall and the floors were literally torn up... so we waited for a THIRD unit. When we moved into that apartment (the one we currently reside in), the place looked like it had only been briefly cleaned. There was grease on the walls, dirt in the cupboards, something red (that actually looks like blood) splattered all over our back patio and door, lime encrusted showerheads, broken toilet seats, no dryer vent...
Our water heater broke last FRIDAY and it took until MONDAY before they would come to fix it. By then, both the bedroom & kitchen were flooded. We didn't have hot water all weekend. The doorbell box also fell right out of the wall -WIRES EXPOSED- and they still haven't been here to fix that... or anything other than the water heater. Other tenants here apparently have had similar gripes. It looks decent from the outside but PLEASE find someplace else! Buyer beware!
