I despise using these websites because it seems that only pissed off people write on here, but I don't know where else to post my frustration because the office does not care. I have called them repeatedly about the same problems with noise and maintenance in my apartment and I never get a call back or response of any kind. I have been as patient as I can but the problems increase and the responses decrease.

The apartments themselves are not the worse ones I have lived in but are far from the quality I expected when I moved in. My advice would be to avoid this place unless you manage to live there for free.

I am sure you are mad but I hate to tell you this: you live in a complex where there is noise and if you are not on the top floor you are going to hear people walking around, especially if there are kids above you. You should really consider moving if its NOISE you are so concerned about. I love it here. I had a problem with my fridge and called them 2 weeks ago they came and fixed it and then the same problem happened again and that time when they came they left me a note stating that I would have a brand new fridge delivered the next day. So ya, they are making improvements. I was able to pick out my own wall accent color when I moved in to make the place feel like home. I would like to know which other complexes around care so much about their tenants that they would let them pick their own color. Oh ya, and my apartment has brand new countertops too!!!!

This is the same person who keeps posting attack reviews. Ignore them. This place is a dump and the management (as of 2006/2007) was completely incompetent. Don't even get me started with the maintenance issues... p.s. I'm just not one of those negative, completely bitter folks. I've posted more positive reviews than I have negative ones, so what does that say about Pebble Creek?...
