I have lived in this apartment complex for several years, and I have enjoyed living here until this past year. The management is awful, they do not care and do not work with you to make sure you are happy. They say they will do things and they do not keep their word. One of the reasons that chose to live here is because the complex advertised cable service included, just recently we received notice from Comcast not even the office that the complex was no longer going to be paying for this service. This came after the large rent increase! When trying to get things fixed maintenance is slow- and emergency service does not get back to you in a timely manner and then when they do they are not located close to the complex. The overall care of the complex has gone down in the past years. Would not recommend this complex- will probably move when lease is up.

WELL HATE TO TELL YOU THIS BUT I LIVE IN THE SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX AS YOU AND THEY ARE FAST WITH MY NEEDS. ANYTIME I HAVE ASKED THEM TO FIX SOMETHING THEY HAVE BEEN RIGHT THERE THAT DAY OR THE NEXT. YOU SHOULD MOVE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO TELL PEOPLE NOT TO LIVE HERE. I LOVE IT HERE AND WILL STAY FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS!!

I think it's either the complex manager or the couple who owns the "model" apartment that continues to write these good reviews... and if not, then it's someone who moved straight from the ghetto and Pebble Creek is the nicest they've seen thus far (which is sad). I think this place is one of the most awful apartment communities in the Bountiful area and I have the pictures to prove it.
