Worse Mistake Ever

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
My wife and moved here from Texas, We picked the apt. site unseen due to the Location. These are the worst apts. we have ever lived in. No dishwasher standard. the walls are paper thin. police here at least twice a week. Management is non existent.
