They can't keep people here. We keep getting notes from the managers telling us they will pay (up to $300.00 now to refer people here. Change your polices to what apartments should be and you might keep and get more renters. Loose the management company and get a new one.

Great Place to Live I love living here. The maintenance is quick and friendly, and the office staff does their best to help when they can. I feel safe letting my kids out to play and there is a GREAT park across the street. I refer The Pointe to anyone who asks.

Worse Mistake Ever My wife and moved here from Texas, We picked the apt. site unseen due to the Location. These are the worst apts. we have ever lived in. No dishwasher standard. the walls are paper thin. police here at least twice a week. Management is non existent.
