Worst of the Worst - Pebble Creek used to be a nice place to live. We were there for two years, but it is getting very run down. Just look at the rust on all the hand rails, really awful. Dont move in!!! If you want your car towed during the night and then held hostage for $500, move in. My car was towed and the explaination was that the plates were expired. They were not, some thief living in the complex took my plates and left some expired ones on my car. No attempt to

Great maintenance and friendly office staff Kristin the Manager is amazing! We loved working with her. Maintenance is very friendly and always quick with requests. We had a neighbor above us who was very loud and stomped when she walked but never heard neighbors we shared walls with. Apartment felt

Quiet I moved to The pointe at Northridge in March. I have really liked it. Unfortunately, work is taking me to south Dakota. I am really sad to leave my apartment. I only had one maintenance thing but thy fixed it same day. My neighbors are quiet. Everyone in the office has been helpful

Do not live here I lived at the Pebble Creek Apartments for 1 1/2 years, the inside of the apartments are nice but the outside are a nightmare, my car was scratched, dented and the window broken, the grounds have not been taken care of, it's spring and there are still leaves

Really Great Place I've lived here since Dec 08 and I've enjoyed it. I have a pit mix and is it so hard to find an apt these days that allow pits. The rent is decently priced, the lawn and landscaping is always trimmed and nice. I've had to get in touch with maintenance a few times

They can't keep people here. We keep getting notes from the managers telling us they will pay (up to $300.00 now to refer people here. Change your polices to what apartments should be and you might keep and get more renters. Loose the management company and get a new one.
