Overview of My Stay

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2005
I moved back here from Oregon after 4 years in Oregon. I had a job here for about a month before I applied for a place. When we moved in we (roomy and me) signed a 6 month lease. I'm not sure if it's the same manager or not now, but they gave us a 7 month lease.... We never realized this until we got up to our last 6 months. Now I know it's on my fault to for not doing the math, but come on. I passed math class every year. The maintainence there is very poor also. we ask sevral times for numerous things to be fixed and they were never fixed... inside and out. Noise leval in the day is LOUD. Not much of a place for your kids to play. Night time is ok, but still noisey. It seemed like we saw the police in the complex at least once a week. Usually on the north east side of the complex. Parking is a little hairy. they keep it well plowed during the winter and keep salt down as much as they can. Iside the apartment was just as good. the floors made a lot of noise when you walked around. I'm a skinny guy and I know the people below me would know everywhere I was in the house. I would only recommend this apartment if your looking for a place to start out and your willin to deal with these problems or you move in on the south east side of the complex. Other than that I had a great stay there :) Thanks Chevy Chase 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
