Great place to live...

First and foremost, this is the best value around. By far the lowest monthly price, but you don't sacrifice much of anything.
Apartments have fireplaces, which offer little heat, but they do the job and it sets a nice atmosphere. Apartments also have decks, which are small, but cozy.
Before moving in, our apartment was completely renovated with new counter-tops, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and tile. Carpet was new and clean, walls were freshly painted, and even the faucets in kitchen and bathroom were new.
The apartment is large, especially for the price, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The police patrol the parking lot twice a day to ensure safety, and there is plenty of parking, though the covered parking is extra and the first-come-first-serve parking goes fast at night.
It is very quiet during the day, and even more peaceful at night. Lots of children playing, but they don't cause problems. The other residents are warm and welcoming, as is the management.
Any problem we've had with the apartment has been promptly and properly dealt with, from little fixes to full replacements of appliances.
Pool and inexpensive washers and dryers are a plus, plus a weight room.
The management is constantly working on the apartments and the complex to make things slowly better.
I love this place. It was a rare find, and I plan on staying for a long time.
