Extremely drafty, in the winter time my gas bill to heat a 1300 Sq Ft apt was about 190 a month. I informed mgmt of my problem numerous times. Never once did a maintenance man come out to address my problems. I also had my storage closet broken into and several items stolen because they use cheap locks that can be opened with a credit card.

We had a sewage backup and raw sewage dumped all over our kitchen, hall and dining room floors. They called a plumber to fix the problem but never sent anyone out to properly clean the contaminated areas which is a violation of health and safety codes. My advice would be to rent from someone else.
