I lived at Colonial Court Apartments for 1yr, just recently moved. I loved living there, it actually felt like home. You receive your privacy, and quietness. They came an sprayed for bugs every month just to ensure that their property would not have any issues on that topic. Once my stove blow-up and they came and fixed it right away. Maintenance is great always fixed things properly. Most apartment complexes don't do that. The one that I just moved to don't. The new place, I hate with the passion. I would move back in a heart beat. The best thing about CCA is their management! Eric is the best landlord that I have ever had! Very respectful, caring, understanding, and always professional! He gets thing done! His is just a wonderful guy to know. If you are looking for apartments, I would highly recommend CCA. The neighbors are very nice, and I have never had a single problem with any of them. I am probably going to move back there soon. Eric I coming home!!!
