Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007
The actual apartments are average quality.
The square footage is some what larger than most.
The problem with this complex is the management.
Do not expect consistnecy with the office staff or resident appreciation.
All the management cares about is if rent is paid and tme.
If you have a problem with the unit or ther tenants fo not expect an immediate response.
If you can handle an inconsistent laid back manager that does not care about you or your needs then Pinebrook is the place for you.
