Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This place sucks. Not only did my water pipes freeze EVERY winter the landlords would do nothing about noisey neighbors. I was there when the place caught on fire it's way to bad the complete ---- hole dodn't burn! Stay far away from this place!!!!
