Nice view of mountains, but grounds and outside appearance need work

Outside maintenance was horrible. Grass was dead all summer because spinkler system wasn't working and siding was peeling off due to heat and wind. The tennis court had garbage and debris on it most of the time Nothing was done to fix the problems so the overall outside appearance was shabby and run down. My guests always made comments on how "crappy" it looked from the outside.

No employee ever wants to see a bad review, and as I am not happy to see that we have had a resident not satisfied, I would like to inform people of the upgrades for Canyon Cove Apartments. Canyon Cove will be getting a new look. New exterior on the buildings, new painted hallways, nice, clean elevators, and that is just the beginning. Canyon Cove is in a nice area, with nice residents. With the help of our residents, we will make Canyon Cove the best place in Ogden to live.
