This was by far the worst complex I have ever rented from. The management was very unprofessional and clueless when it came to rules & guidelines about the complex. The management changed several times in the year we were there which says a lot about the complex! The windows leaked when it rained, the patio door leaked, the place was very dirty when we moved in but they wanted it to be spotless when we moved out. By far the worst overall experience I have had. And we always had a problem with the parking because they didn't make it obvious that the spots were reserved so we had several people park in our spot constantly.
