say good bye to your deposit From: roadwhore1 Date posted: 9/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived there for 3 mo,paid a 400.00 deposit with the understanding only 200.00 was refundable. I left a 30 day written notice as required,then about 2 weeks after I moved out got a bill for 128.00 for cleaning fee's. They also said there was smoke damage from me smoking in the apt.,and charged 200.00 for that,even though it was understood I could smoke in the apt. when I signed the lease.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
