We've been living here in Cortland Ridge for almost 8 years now. I highly recommend them. I've seen some negative postings about things the management has done. However, when the management does something I don't understand and I ask them why they have always had a logical reason. Actually, the management is one of the reasons we've stayed here this long. Also, we love the pool and all the greenery. Maintenance is good. We love having a garage. We like the fireplace and have a great view of the mountains from our balcony. The location is great. We love the master bath. This place may not be perfect, but no place is. If you are looking for a nice place to live long term then you should come and check them out.
