We lived here for quite some time but were anxious to get out.

The dryer was broken and made a super loud noise that always bugged our neighbors...we had maintenance come to fix it several times and it never got fixed.

The shower kept clogging (and know we aren't hairy people).

If you do stay here, make sure you don't have your window right next to the freakin garbage can as the garbage truck will come and wake you up (without fail) every bloody morning at 7am.

The fact that they don't accept direct deposit is just lame...

We hated being 1 day late to pay rent (happened 3 times in our 2 years at cortland) and having to pay their insane $50 late fees.

If I were you I would check for availability at Milano Village across the street...that is where we are moving and we cannot WAIT.
