Watch your step because you can easily track pigeon poop all over your carpet from the abundant flocks of pigeons that hang right in the central courtyard by the pond. Just outside of the apartments it reeks like cigarette smoke along with the occasional scent of marijuanna as well. The walls are paper thin and the parking situation isn't the best. There's no storage space at all whatsoever except a really small coat closet. Be prepared to walk a mile to get your mail and take out the trash.
If I hadn't gotten the deal that I had, I never would have considered living in Country Springs. So unless you can get an extremely good deal like I did, don't consider living there.
After our first week of living there, we had problems with 2 different incidents involving people walking into our apartment that had keys issued by the front desk to check out the place. The only positive thing I can say about that situation is that they changed the locks to our apartment not too long afterwards because of the liability on their hands.
Don't bother going in on the weekend to talk to the girl working on Saturday. She doesn't know anything.
On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give Country Springs a 4. I've definitely had better!!
