I have been here for a while and believe me, all the negative feedback is true.

The maintenance guy is one of the biggest knuckle heads I have ever met. Gotta love his boots.

A tenant's Lexus was just broken into recently. Window was smashed in.

During the summer months your water bill will go up $20. You have will pay to have the sprinklers on, which often turn on twice a night in the same area. After the power company installed some kind of power conservation meters on our AC fans, we noticed our electric bill went up 25% this year.

Smokers smoke where they want. Mostly in walk ways outside your door. Often the smokers have BBQ's and like to cook right outside your window.

Pray your neighbor doesn't have a home theater system, because you will hear it every where.

Car ports are useful to those with compacts, and that is it. $15 a month for a car port you can't fit in.

The pool is often closed during summer months. When it is open it is ice cold and heavily chlorinated. Our resident ------- tenants like to make out in the hot tub in front of small children. No joke.

You will pay $800 plus a month and this is one of those instances where you DO NOT get what you pay for. BEWARE.

Boguss response (see above). Obviously someone who keeps posting the bad reviews. So you had to pay a fee or two and the manager actually did her "job" by enforcing a rule on you. Get over it! Besides you just discredited yourself by saying "new manager" yet you reference the 5/25/06 reviews. Last I checked....----- didn't work here then. That was last year. My opinion, your just another resident who makes it hard for all of us good residents by breaking all the rules.

No. I have never been late with a payment. And have never had any 'rules' enforced on me. I have NEVER broken any rules. I am not one of the MANY tenants who have dogs and cats here. Another fault of the NEW manager who IS NOT doing her job. Yes. The manager who was responsible for the pool being closed so much last year is not the same one as now. But the one who is here NOW and the one in the past have all been LACKING in MANY ways. For being the most expensive in town, we deserve better. By the stupidity of the 6/15/2007 response, I am betting it was made by the current NUT CASE manager. Let me show how your 'discrediting my self' comment is just DUMB! The new manager is a nut case and incompetent. Just a FACT! My reference to 5/25 was in response to another comment but was not about the current manager. It was a statement made to demonstrate that the OWNERS of Country Springs DO NOT have the ability to hire competent managers. Just a FACT! Don't worry ma'am. In less then a year, you will be gone, and they will hire ANOTHER idiot.
