Outrageous !!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have been bombarded by trivial complaints, unrealistic fees, and catty management. I have never been this unhappy in a community. Verbal agreements mean nothing, and what ever you do not offend the management, cause they own you !!!
