I've lived here around 5 years. The management is very prejudice. The bottom floors are very noisy because this building was build with cheap way. Management will rip you off for such bills water bill above 60$ per month and sewer fee is around 20$ Parking 10$ Poll key 10$. If people smoke whoever lives upstairs will smoked so badly and you can hear all neighbors always it is like Japanese paper house with paper walls. Child play ground is always messy. Pool is very dirty they clean when it stinks. Gym room has old broken junks. Washer and drier are old and cheap. Parking is so small so you have to maneuver every time to get in. Garage is small but not for car so if you have a SUV, it will never fit in. A lot handicap lives and they often pull fire alarm any time. You can't barbeque. If they found that you going to leave they will find or any reason such as garbage left outside your door, you or your kids making noise or somebody smoking in your apartment and will fine you with 25$. Whole managers are nice and sly to sign you in and once you on the hook they will Charge, Charge and Charge. They often will ask you write up a good reference on www.apartmentrating.com. I??ve seen their own managers trying to write up for themselves good expressions and was denied www.apartmentrating.com website, so some management people types all good words from different place but management office computers.
Never rent this apartment! Don??t do it!

By the looks of all the bogus 5 ratings so close together from one another, i wouldnt be one bit suprised that they did get thier IP address banned from this site. I've seen admins erase bogus reviews before, usually after the site has received multple complaints from different users.. What a bunch of idiots lol.

I am not prejudice. But it is annoying to have fire alarms going off. Last time it happened it was on Christmas day!
