My time at country springs was a bad enough experience that I am willing to take time on my vacation to warn others to stay away. It doesn't bother me that the apartment gets run down over time, or that the hot tub was broken the 3 times I tried to use it. What bothers me the most was the management. I never left the office happy, even when I got what I wanted. I never felt like I was being dealt with honestly or could get a strait answer. Very frustrating experience.

That's the straight-up truth! This place sucks! I believe they have HUD funding and are supposed to provide low income and elderly housing in 3/4 of their units. I don't know about anybody else, but they were gouging me for over $800/month. That's not a low rate for me!

$800 rent with $425 rent service. Managers SUCK!
