They only care about you till you sign the lease then your locked in for a year.

I totally understand that is why I moved!!! My son has asthma and I had a lady smoking below us and my apt smelled like a bar. It was horrible.
The office staff will not do anything for you. Make sure when you leave don't do anything they will charge you regardless of what you do to the apartment. I cleaned the entire apartment cleaned carpets changed drip pans...they charged me for everything. Carpet cleaning charged me and charged me for the drip pans and 105 for cleaning. Ridiculous!! Do not rent here!!

Funny thing is. They put in NEW carpets BEFORE each move in!
The managers DO NOT CARE! No smokers or pets? Yeah right!!! Come here after hours and see people letting their dogs out.
