We moved into these apartments because we were desperate and needed an apartment quick. The price is high given that they cover 0 utilities. The first bad experience I had here was in May. I had an issue with the bank and my paycheck was not deposited in my account. An entire month passed by and I was completely unaware anything happened. All of a sudden there's a notice on our door that says we have 3 days to pay or vacate the premises. They wanted $1276. So that's over $300 in late fees, because THEY neglected to tell us that our check didn't clear for a month...

Our lease is up in February, but we want to move in October. We told the office we wanted to just break our lease and leave and they informed us we had to give them 30 days notice before we can break it.... Naturally this makes no sense whatsoever. If someone wants to break their lease and leave, why should you make them pay for another month's rent' So now we're paying for November's rent when we won't even be here.

I also agree with others about the smoking issue. For a smoke-free apartment complex, people are smoking outside our apartment all the time and the office does nothing.

As for the staff, Carmen is the only good worker in the office. Tammy doesn't care about anything (she's the apartment manager) and the maintenance man does not speak English and does not fix anything. We called him out to fix our oven light, it's still broken and he managed to short out the "self clean" cycle. Then our living room window won't shut all the way, so we called him to fix that, he wedged it shut, upon opening and closing it again, it still won't shut all the way.

We're very dissatisfied with this apartment complex and don't recommend it to anyone.
