Not bad, but not good either

This place looks good at a first glance, but you'll quickly realize that it isn't as clean or nice as it looks from the outside. I didn't have any problems with management necessarily, but the apartment had a lot of wear and tear. Lots of people smoking off the balconies and parking spaces are insanely small. In the winter, walkways were generally kept pretty clear, but they left it up to the renters to put out salt on the walks. Supposedly, there were buckets of salt you could throw out, but I never saw one.
The apartment above us was pretty noisy, and you could easily hear them from below. I never did hear the people next to us. Maybe they were just quiet.
The biggest complaint I have was the insanely high price. After they charge you extra for a covered parking space, you pay EVERY utility and there is no cable or internet included. You basically end up with a payment the size of a mortgage -- which is why I ended up leaving. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
