This apartment is the worst place to live! If I had a choice between moving back here or living on the street, I would live on the street!

I just moved out of this apartment complex 2 months ago. When we moved in, our bottom shelf in the fridge was broken, the dishwasher leaked onto the carpet, and the oven drip pans were completely black. When we were finally able to move out of this dump, we were charged to replace the already broken fridge shelf and buy new oven drip pans! I even had to fix the broken dishwasher myself because the maintenance man had no clue what he was doing (He actually broke the dishwasher to begin with). We had 8 people help us clean the apartment when we moved out. We did everything on the checklist that we were given, even washing all the walls, windows, and baseboards. We were told not to worry about the carpet because it was going to be replaced when we move out. We vacuumed and cleaned the carpet anyway. When we moved out, we received a notice that we had to pay $75 dollars for cleaning from "the cleaning lady." The management team, Tammy and Carmen, told us that we didn't clean the apartment at all and that we had to pay the $75 dollars. We tried to argue, but it was our word (8 people) against their word (2 people), and if we didn't pay we would be turned into collections. It was --------!

The management team is a joke! I think the owner of the complex must be getting some kind of kick-back because none of the people working here deserve a job! Tammy doesn't give a ---- about you, about the appearance of the complex, or anything. I personally don't know what the hell she does, and I think she would even turn on her own children! Don't get on Carmen's bad side or else she'll hold a grudge against you and find every little opportunity to screw you over. The maintenance man . . . . what maintenance does he actually do' Honestly' This place is a rip off, and every single person I have talked to has been screwed over by Tammy, Carmen, or both. I personally received threats from Tammy to keep my mouth shut because I was touting another apartment complex that was newer, cleaner, bigger, and cheaper in price to all the other tenants I knew.

FYI: The apartment complex receives copies of all reviews submitted on this website in the mail. I put in a review a while ago on this complex and Tammy and Carmen knew it was coming from me because of the situation I described in my earlier review. Since then, both of them have had a grudge against me. I hope they know it is me this time, and I hope this review deters as many people as possible from coming to these apartments and ruining their lives. I personally hope this apartment complex goes bankrupt and that Tammy and Carmen are finally held responsible for all of the ---- they have done, and they lose their jobs. Tammy is evil, perhaps even the devil. Carmen isn't much better. They have screwed more people over at this apartment complex, it is sad. Seriously Melissa, does this really matter? You are gone. Just let it go. You should be thankful for the assistance you did receive from the managers when your children were in the hospital. Don't deflect your short-comings by pointing the finger at someone else.

They did the exact same thing to us! Don't get over it keep fighting it and don't let them continue to push you around! I think it's all too obvious who the first response is from and if it's who I think it is then they are really hurting their chances.
