Been here for a LOOONG TIME

Simply put. If you don't obey the rules, you aren't welcome. I have been here with my wife and 2 sons for about 5 years. I renew my lease because it is safe quite and nice. You get what you pay for. You can move down the street for less than $600 a month and deal with all kinds of drama.

If Carmen and Tammy allow, I will renew again.
