my husband and i have had a few problems with this apartment place. the washer and dryer always break. the washing machine don't dry your clothes properly.

when we first move in here they took out our security deposit after a month (when they said it would come out in a couple of days), so it made our account go under.

another problem we have is with parking permits. if u don't have one they put the boot on your car, and it cost $60 to get it off.

I have a little tiff with them and there key policy. if u lose the laundry key or the apartment key it cost $50 to replace.

if u get a furnished apartment. the beds are terrible. stay away

i find that the management is good. they are always in the office. i haven't really had any trouble with them.

their maintenance is up to date with there a/c. they replaced the filters and so on.

the internet is fast sometimes there internet can be slow. there was only 1 time that it had stop working for 6 hours.

they also do a lot of competition that im not in to. they also do social things to like cooking nights, free subway and so on.
