Safety - The safety of the parking located beneath the buildings are fairly well lit, yet vehicles are frequently broken into.

Noise - The noise level is fairly reasonable but people will play basketball late at night and it can be heard in the Apartments.

Amenities - Very few amneties; free basic cable was offered at the time of my move-in, and apartments can come furnished. Quality of furnishing is poor.

Manager(s) - The managers at the time were pretty good and understanding and sought to serve in a quality manner yet service was rarely rendered on time or in a proficient manner. On a scale of 1 through 5 I would give the managers a 5 on effort and a 2 on quality.

At the time the Ward(s) were the 12th and 16th of the Orem College 1st State. The Stake is great, and the members of the Ward that I attended were awesome, great Bishop and wonderful members even though the members had a tendency to act inappropriately at times, they were neverthless good at heart.
