I Lived at courtside apartments and had an overall great experience. The outside is clean and simple and the apartments are luxurious inside. My rent was very reasonable for the quality of the apartments. My apartment had a few quirks when I first moved in but I talked to the managment and they took action right away! I got results and was happy for the duration of my lease. Managment was always willing to work with me and accommodate my needs. I would recommend this community to anyone. It's close to UVSC for students and perfect for families too!
