As a newly wed couple we moved into courtside apartments thinking we got the best deal. Of course the price is good for a furnised apt. This place is really the ghetto. The outside is disgusting and embarrassing to have anyone come over. I stay at home while my husband is at work and I don't even dare to anwser the door. We both feel really unsafe and have seen the police here 3 times and have only leaved here for 5 months. The insides are beautiful but don't expect them to stay that way. The noise is very unbearable to live with not only the neighbors but the basketball court right outside your door and kids playing all hours of the night! The management is so ridiculously to work with, Don't expect anything to be fixed. They don't know how to take care of their tenants. So if you don't want to make the same mistake we did we highly DON'T Recommend living at courtside!!!
