My husband and I currently reside in the Greenbriar apartments which is right next door and owned by the Courtside Apartments. We have been here about 8 months and there is already new management which I must say is the worst management I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. Also, just as the last poster stated about the laundry room- none of the machines work. The dryers do not dry all the way. We usually load up our clothes and go to the laundry mat down the road across from Wal-Mart. And last, we are on the first floor and have had multiple problems with mice. Our apartment isn't dirty or anything, however they just keep on coming in. After multiple complaints to so called "management" nothing has been done. Their only resolution was "We have mouse traps if you would like to come grab some." So that made it obvious that this is not an isolated issue. I cannot wait to find another place even if that means breaking our contract. We just can't take it here any longer. Do not waste your money on this dump.
