I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! We have had such problems and cannot wait to move out! The walls are paper thin to start off with, so we can hear our neighbors on all sides. I have even had to call the police because the neighbors have been so loud and we have been told that the police were the only ones who can do anything about it. If you are unfortunate enough to already live here, please respect the people you may live above.Don't vaccuum @ 2 o clock in the morning, run the blender, have parties, etc. Don't let your children jump up and down and run throughout your apt because the people below you can hear it ten fold.
I have only had rude service when going into pay rent, or when I have had to call to ask questions. I'm not sure why the ladies that work here seem to have such a problem being courteous'
I have had problems with everything in my apt. it seems. The furnace, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. You name it, I have probably had a problem with it already.
Every year your contract is up, they adjust rent. So some people are paying 675.00 a month, some are paying 625.00. So who knows what the price of living here will be if you stay for a couple of years'
The parking is incredibly ridiculous, trying to park in my own parking lot I have problems, I'm glad they boot people who park here without a permit. But it can be annoying when having people over. But guests are supposed to be gone @ a certain time or else you have to have approval from management. You have to have approval from management to have people over after 12' I didn't know I was 16 again. If you are caught with people over after that time, as stated in the contract you will be charged 15.00 a person.
I don't know how many times that I have walked into the laundry room and seen that some of the washers have broken signs on them' Sometimes they will just be left for a couple of days full of water. Trying to get laundry done is a joke. Most people actually just take theirs to the laundromat.
I love my privacy just as much as the next person, and having cleaning inspections every month is ridiculous. Management gets to come into your apt whether you are home or not and rummage through your belongings. Like I said, I didn't know I was 16 again.
If you have any sort of intelligence, you will stay away from these apartments.
