My husband and I moved into Courtside in Jan. We have lived there for three months and just moved out. If you are planning on moving in, STOP NOW!!! This place is horrible. When we first moved in, the place was not clean at all! In fact there was urine on the toilet seat. The washers and dryers are never working and the few that do work seem to never dry your clothes. They say there is no smoking allowed, however as soon as you walk outside the door there are cigarettes all over the ground! Then when we finally moved out, we are getting charged for cleaning fees when the place was disgusting when we first arrived. Getting back your deposit and last months rent is a joke... we are still trying to get the check from when we moved out. Everytime we call they tell us something different. Try avoiding this place if you can!!!

100% agree with this person. The management of this place is horrible. Have put up with it for 2 years and am done with it.
