Pretty good

I had a *huge* one bedroom, which I adored - easily 15x20'. The kitchen area was cramped and had little storage/cupboards. The neighboring buildings are all businesses, which can be good or bad. Good for parking (sorry, no covered spaces or garages), bad if the lights stayed on late. Occaissionally noisy, but lots better than some places. I'm sure one of my neighbors would smoke into the heating ducts so it wafted into my apartment. There's no gym, but I got my exercise running up two flights of stairs (no elevator so moving to the third floor sucks). It's an old complex, but well kept. I actually installed two phone jacks while there because one isn't enough, even in a one bedroom apt. Overall, it was nice and Wal-Mart isacross the street, as is UVSC.
