I lived at Newport Village and the apartment was very nice. However, not all of Newport Village is leased by the same company. If we had been under different management, we would have stayed. We leased our apartment from Old Mill Realty, by far the worst management company I have ever encountered in my life. They were completely unprofessional, running the business out of their home. They were always unreachable, never, EVER answering the phone numbers given. We had several problems with maintenance and it took weeks of endless calls to finally get someone over to fix them. I have lived here for a year now and love it. The apartments themselves are big inside and have nice appliances, jetted tubs, luxury living. The management is easy to work with. The grounds are well kept. ... Full Review
