Despite being relatively new, the majority of all appliances are broken, the apartments are filthy, the elevators are broken on a regular basis. The AC is broken for days EVERY month. If you call to report a problem to management - they ignore you. The management is awful to deal with - they send out eviction notices every month - even if you paid your rent in full and on time.
