The management staff are idiots who lack the knowledge or ability to resolve issues and find solutions to problems. The "NEW" owner has been very dishonest in his dealings with us. We have automatic withdrawl and because they screwed up and didn't take the right amount of money (yes the money was there) they forces us to pay an additional 50 late fee. The managers don't think it's their problem and the owner doesn't care.

To make matters worse our building is like living in the ghetto. We've had people threaten us with violence and leave human excrament at our door. We have seen people opening doing drugs and drinking and it appears there may be prositution going one.

NO THESE ARE NOT EXAGERATIONS - We would be gone in a flash if we could find the money to move somewhere else.

While I didn't experience people openly doing drugs or prostitution, I do agree that management is dishonest in their financial and contractual dealings. And I agree that the people in the office (who are related to each other, BTW), are incapable of solving problems, no matter how small.
