parkway has had a stabbing in the middle of the parking lot and various threats, including guns here... the management sucks and they could care less about your problems with this place and screw u over any chance they get. the appliances are crap and even the maintenance people say so as well. they have false information in their brochure as well and tell u they have certain ammenities and then when u move in.. they dont have them.
