Location for attending UVSC is great. I love having a bus stop right in the parking lot. Pretty new and well-kept, nice pool. Fellow residents seem to be (in general) okay but sometimes petty. Management has been fine for me - they did make mistakes but were very nice and made up for it. I actually liked the management before oct. 2006 better; the current management is competent but not quite as friendly. it's fine though. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
