The buildings are quite nice. But to get management to do anything is a choir. Each month we tell them our sink facuet is broken. They haven't fixed it yet.

They are dishonest as well. Summer rent for me was sopposed to be 99 dollars. But, what they say to you is different than what they write. 250 for summer was offered if I complained that it was now 130 for summer. (contract actually reads 250 per month through July. But I was told that I was under the old contract, which is 99 per month during summer; but of course they convieniently tell you something and write something else.)

Management seems to pay lip service. Everything sounds like it should really take off, but, even with all the improvements with new management. They are not as nice and more jerkish. After July I move. I would not recommend Parkway, they Do Not give you back your security deposit. They will find something wrong with your apartment and blame you. THis has happened to many friends on their way out.

They also do not enforce rules very well. I am, against my will, by the pool. (I moved away from the pool, and than they "reconsolidated" me right back by it. It didn't make me happy. I have been woken up, on Sunday morning, at 4:00 in the morning, by noisy pool people. When I call security, no one has yet to come and tell them to leave.

The intersection coming in is a serious problem. It is 4 way, but a 3 way stop. The people heading north don't see their stop sign, and almost always cut you off or almost hit you when you are entering, (you don't have a stop sign coming in.) Not safe.
